2. Lol re the badge comment. 🌳 Very surprised by this news. Also treated Ange appallingly too.

3. Why does forest have photos of crystal palaces trophies plastered all over the official face book page? Really Weird. . . . . . everything palace do, forest do, or want to do or want to have ha ha.. . . . . . . . . We are demolishing our main stand soon. . . . . No doubt fat boy will want to install that at the city ground as well next. Or maybe he might just change the clubs name to crystal palace fc Mk2? 🤣🤣🤣

4. Official four days later. Keep it real and honest Wolfie

5. Dumb move selling Anderson to waste the money on poor quality signings…

Even dumber to sack a manager who saved us, just starts getting a system working and now replaced 🫣

6. May seem harsh but at the same time 100 percent the correct decision

7. That's business!
Glasner will make the highest goals attainable!
   Therefore: Glasner!

8. Marinakis is a bit of an A-Hole isnt he. Wow

9. See you in November when we’re getting our next manager

10. No signings yet.

11. Many, many thanks man, Pereira, you can certainly hold your head high. COYFR!!

12. Happened right before USMNT game and helped my stressed a little bit 😅😂

13. Wolf where’s the Dee Palace cooking? Need that. He runs his mouth too much. Needs to understand the food chain

14. Fed up with the continuous revolving door scenario with the club, can we just build something positive for a while and just give it some time to allow it to come to fruition, Vitor Pereira a class act of a man, hold your head high, I would loved to have seen the progression of this season with you at the helm, with all the other debacles of this club last season, I felt finally with Vitor a real sense of positivity coming back into the feel of the club and felt good about things going forward. Now it has lost that sense of positivity and has opened up a whole new basket case of uncertainty again which I absolutely hated about this club last season. Last season I just felt personally drained and aged by trying to support or be on board with something that just was not gelling, coming together or happening in any positive sense of the word.
It was like spending a whole season watching the club writhing around in a sea of uncertainty that got so grim and bad that fans were resigning themselves to an inevitable drop.
It never happened thanks in large part to the man who the club has now seen fit to get rid of in the hope of something better.
Where are we if as a possible scenario this new plan also comes off the rails, say we lose the first 4 matches of the new season what then? Say the players are struggling to work to a newly introduced game plan, what then, or the new manager fails to get the fan base on board and gate sales plummet, what then? It just throws all this uncertainty in with the cat in a bag. Constant change never leads to good outcomes only uncertainty. I want to see this club have the glory associated with having the right person on board that is given the opportunity to do great things with the club and take it to the heights we as fans want to see it reach, like the Man Cities with Pep, or the Man Utd's with Fergie or the Liverpools with Klopp.
The old adage I believe applies here, throwing the baby out with the bath water, if it's not broken don't fix it, what a loss losing Vitor in such an unfathomable and appaling way, whoever was responsible for such an underhanded dismissal doesn't deserve the sanctity and privilege of being associated with this club. Grumpy Old Red!

15. Forest don’t make any money because of the size of the club, that owner will get fed up soon spending his own money on that club,

16. This could possibly be signing of the season already class manager

17. This was always mr marinakis plan he waited for our olly

18. Your a legend vitor thanks for saving us

19. idk what i think about glasner i was happy with vitor but let see how glasner do COR

20. Cant believe it, what a great signing for Forest

21. People are quick to slam Evangelos Marinakis, but the guy isn’t a billionaire for nothing. A very rich guy with a lot of clout who not only is a very successful Greek shipping magnate, but a very successful football club owner who runs 2 of the most successful clubs in Europe. His parent club Olympiacos & Nottingham Forest as well as Portuguese outfit Rio Ave F.C. Marinakis not only knows how to choose his managers but he is a very passionate fan of the clubs he owns. So much so that he ploughs a lot of money into them and attends their matches on a regular basis to maintain their successes. In some cases, if you are a successful owner and you want club silverware for your own fans, sometimes you need to change the record with the right manager at times. That is called passion, ambition and being relentless and Marinakis has the all endearing X Factor at achieving this!

22. Sorry but however the club explained the situation to the outgoing manager, who I feel performed absolute magic at the end of the season, this is another Forest F up. Our current manager should at least have been in post at the beginning of the season and beyond, he should’ve had a chance to develop the players which has already done a fantastic job of. Again during the summer break, the club has made a decision that will heavily affect preseason and our first few games. I like Marinakis my only criticism is he wants success too quickly. Remember Man City they had a lot more money and resources than Forestand it still took them time to reach the top not to mention they’re cheating. Well done Forest. I won’t be looking forward to the first games.

23. Let’s be grateful to Vitor for what he did, let’s also be grateful that Mr M pulled the trigger early allowing Glasner the full pre season.

24. Cheeky £50/60 million bid for Sarr from Palace!? He's proven in the premier league.

25. Will always love Vitor… But glasner is a world class manager

26. Watching England last night reminded me of Watching a couple of our games last season very sketchy and nerve racking pal. I think glasner would be good mate bit unfortunate about vitor pereira tho

27. Maybe the offer to vitor from the saudi league had a bearing on whats gone on

28. Still no announcement from Forest which is poor. Vitor deserved more respect than what he has been shown. Without him I am convinced we we would have gone down so I will always appreciate what he did for us. He also took us to a European semi final let’s not forget. Good luck to him, I’m sure his performance with us has raised his stock and he will get some decent opportunities.

29. I do feel for Vitor, but in the long term, I think its the right decision but only time will tell. Marinakis saw the opportunity to upgrade the manager so he's taken it. That's ambition 💪

30. Victor was class I hope this doesn’t come back to bite us, I think you’re analogies need some work 🤷🏻‍♂️

31. Glasner will come in and thing's will change new players different opportunities. Will this group down tools like we seen time and time again?????.PS. Yes I do feel sorry fore VICTOR did a good job a grat job .Glasner will do fore me .20 gole striker please

32. Thank you Vitor, you did us proud.
good luck in your next appointment.

33. I back it if it is good for Forest, but Maranacus this is not honourable. I know M owns the place but Vic'tor is a excellent manager and deserves more than an e mail. What is football coming to, seriously NOT HAPPY.

34. Vitor has done his status good

Can only enhance his reputation. He isn't going anywhere. He'll be a wanted man

Club and manager have benefited from this relationship

    They both move forward

    Let's Go TR (True Reds)

35. I can see mgw mateta and jesus omari up front

36. Mateta and Ismael sarr for a start lol

37. Vito did his job it's a shame really but that's football he'll get a good payoff and has enhanced his career and probably that offer in the middle east pays bangin money see what the players get

38. Yes should be good appointment but fell bad for vitor

39. Harsh treatment for a manager the players liked and who was ready to recruit for next season. Forest need to get moving in the transfer market now and get Glasner in and hope he can gel with the players quickly.

40. I feel sorry for the way Vitor has been treated… like someone who’s been trodden on… Glasner may take further… we’ll see, be nice to have some prolonged stability for the team…

41. Only time will tell if we have made the right decision, let's hope so. Best of luck to vitor pereira 👏👏

42. With Marinakis it's business, and THIS is GOOD business. Loved Pereira, will love Glasner too.

43. Marinakis is Marinakis. For better and worse. And the treatment of Pereira sure is for the worse. I have both great belief and great expectations about Glasner, even if he's rarely stays more than 2-3 years at each club. This time he might stay a while due to Marinakis ambitions.

But Pereira sure deserved a way more decent exit from WFCG than this email-goodbye. It doesn't suit this great club at all to treat a really excellent guy as Pereira like this. Pereira became one of us in very short time, and at a really difficult time too. For me he is a real hero, and deserved to be treated as one as well. I wish him the best wherever he go, unless he should turn so stupid that he signs for Spurs.

Not much time for sentimentality in this business, and the show must go on. And what a show there will be if we sign Antonio Nusa. Another extremly recommendable player is the wingback Patrick Dorgu. He's already as good as Djed Spence, even if he ain't 20 years old yet. And he will only get better. And he should be possible to sign for about £20 mill. A true bargain, and 100% fit for purpose in Glasners style of play.

It's really about time our recruitment gang shows some class, so we once again can make a challenge for Europe. As pr now we're barely a midtable club without Anderson. So bring in the good stuff, and let the good times roll. COYR.

44. Sad how Vp has been treated. Class from start to finish. Looks bad on the club. So glad though that Silva wasn't available & that Marinakis had cast his net higher 🥳 Just hope it doesn't cause upset in the dressing room with how this has been handled 🙏🏼

45. What did Vitor do wrong??? The guy helped Forest stay in the premiership.
I don’t like this at ALL.

46. Good manager.

47. As an Arsenal fan I remember you telling Dee you gonna get his manager I can’t wait for the next show with both of you together on it

48. Forest are going down ! What a joke of a club

49. Back 5 stinkball is back. Was buzzing watching Vitors brand of football we were composed, balanced, looked a threat, went toe to toe. This is play to pinch a 1-0 haramball.

50. As a spurs fan this appointment is scary
