1. Good win but on another day sitting back and protecting a 1-0 lead will cost us. We have the players. Should not be sitting back and conceding everything to them

2. Two great assists as well. Aina's work down the right to get his cross in was pretty special.

3. Do we expect more than away smash and grabs?? Particularly against teams we expect to get battered by. Let’s enjoy the win, in fact the double, against a very good side.

4. Excellent result just like a Nuno away win of last season, great run and finish from T.

5. had to stop watching after you gave neco a 6. i'm going to assume the rest of your post match analysis is about 90% wrong too lol.

the fan votes were correct, aina was a solid 7, nothing close to an 8. there's no doubt that he's the only man for that rb role and he makes the whole team better, but his passing was seriously wayward. also, that first goal wasn't even remotely "all aina" – he wasn't even trying to cross it, he was just trying to buy a corner off the defender, which by the way was the right thing to do. it was jesus who held off the cb and created something out of thin air, so all credit goes to him for the goal.

sels was an 8.5 – his distribution was atrocious, but i would happily take that in exchange for him keeping us in the game with some phenomenal saves, which he once again did. speaking of keepers, i've always found it funny how people gush over kelleher – i think he's borderline dogsh!t, and both our goals cemented that opinion.

brentford did have proper chances by the way, that outtara header towards the end was a sitter. so yeah we rode our luck a little but for the most part it was actually a controlled defensive performance, so credit to dyche and the team

6. I honestly don’t get why people are complaining. During Ange’s time everyone kept saying we played “beautiful football,” but what did that get us? 0 win. Like, WTF? Dyche might not play exciting football, but at least he’s keeping us out of the relegation zone. People need to remember the damage was already done before he even came in. Let the man do his job and keep us in the league this season. Survival comes first.

7. Wolfie – wrong to release Taiwo. He looked sharp today. Maybe sell him for 3m? No thanks – he was superb when he arrived. 18 months of being injury plagued, but no risk in keeping him. Actually, he's the gamble Forest would take in terms of bringing in a new player. CHO is an example. Taiwo must stay.

8. I loved the Jesus goal celebration. Loved the way we started but my god, deploying an intense low block and giving up ridiculous level of possession is fine if we are up against Arsenal or City, but really – against Brentford? We had shown we could go toe to toe over the first half hour so that was disappointing. Not flukey like the West Ham game which is good but if we are going up against mid table teams with less quality than we have and our game plan is 'score a goal and then go into park-the-bus mode' …well we will get turned over a lot, likely to bobble around this part of the league and won't be an attractive prospect for incomings or the stars we'd like to keep.

9. Guys… Wolfie… Aina: ALWAYS with this "he's knackered" "he's blowing out" "he's gassed…" … IT'S BULLSHIT. My man is EXACTLY the difference + ELANGA (…who you never rated Wolfie…). Aina's workrate is ENORMOUS! He is the most influential player we have.

10. Hi Wolfie…BLOODY ELL!!!

Life can really surprise you sometimes…I'm here in Ohio, and we usually get these mild joke Winters, but once in a generation – We see these monster storms. Which is where we're at right now. Yesterday, we were fine, but in less than 24 hours – we've had a foot of snow drop!!! A BLOODY FOOT!!!

So, all the shops are closed, the roads are buried, etc

Then the biggest shock of all – TAIWO SCORED, AND FOREST WON!!!

So…between the below freezing weather right now, and our results on the pitch today – HELL HAS TRULY FROZEN OVER!!!

In all seriousness, I'm so happy for Taiwo. With everything that poor ol bugger's been through – God love him.

Well, Stay Safe Wolfie – I'm goin Skiing.

    ☮️❤️⚽️

11. FFS just give dyche a break we were a mess and he's slowly turning it round wasn't forest in a relegation spot when he came now were 8 points of 8th 5 points clear of bottom 3

12. Played like shit and got lucky

13. We wanted it more than them because we were hungry to win and that is the key difference

14. Taiwo can run 😀

15. A good win lads, well done

16. Wolfie are you for real mt

17. Love Sels, think he's very good. But I SWEAR he has some kind of medical condition where he just can't see/track the ball when it's up in the air. Above average in any other situation.

18. The Dyche ball we saw for the first 35 minutes was not that bad.

19. the one game i dont bother watching and we win lol

20. Great win, but let's be honest, we were lucky that Brentford had a major off day.

21. Shape defensively was nice. Opposite of Thursday.

    You reds

22. Great win and I know the football isn't entertaining but dyche gets wins when his jobs on the line .I still think he won't last in the summer and part ways and look for someone in the summer who's a bit more forward thinking .

23. You can’t blame the players for their passing?? Who can we blame then, oh o forgot it’s Dyches fault

24. So what ithey played well for 30 mins and then because they got worse it’s Dyches fault! How did he change how they were playing half way through the half you spunk stroke

25. How was it a smash and grab ? No idea.

26. Sherminater

27. Stop chuffing moaning we won
