16. I'd like to keep Anderson here. At Toon he didn't get much game time. Here he plays every week and it's improved him no end. I fear a club like City would ruin him. Look what they did to Grealish – brilliant at Villa, on the team sheet every week, but at City reduced to a bit part off the bench. He stagnated there.
