  3. Zero chance we sack Le Bris he's been unreal these last 2 seasons. He will likely win manager of the season, a lot of people had us finishing bottom and he going to get us to mid table, there's a reason teams like Chelsea want him.

  9. Too many individual mistakes especially in defence and leaving attackers unmarked. One of those freak games that can occur. See how they respond? Boos initially at half time but then applauded and virtual non stop singing in second half!

  11. Great analysis! Forest back to their best. We were unplayable in the first half, solid as a rock at the back, Sels pulls of a worldie and that front three is only going to get better. Feel sorry for Sunderland, how do you deal with MGW, lurking on the left and Hutchinson really showed what a player he could be. Bring on the Villa!!

  13. I don't understand why people didn't see this coming, if you look at the xgs/xpts its been clear for a long time that sunderlands league position is extremely fortunate and represents a massive overperformance, and the reverse for forest. I have been saying for a long time that sunderland are doomed to go down next year and basically lucked their way to mid table. The thing is, people don't WANT it to be true that the promoted sides are so much weaker every year, so they jumped on the narrative that sunderland were different.

  14. Loved every minute of that…Forest were brutal. Anyone would have suffered against them last night 👏
Whatever happens now its gonna be fackin' entertaining! Spurs are wetting themselves….I can't speak for other Hammers but I'm loving all of it… COYR ❀

  16. Dont care who goes down west ham or spurs as long as Leeds are not drawn back in (doubtful i know) i think west Ham have the toughest run in for what its worth.. will be lucky to get 5 points

  22. We were battered like 😂 at the start of the season that would have been depressing but I still can't complain with how the seasons been. Forest brought massive support up to the stadium too which no doubt helped their team. The 5th was a bit unnecessary though 😉 haha. Well done Forest, enjoy your weekend and I'll wait to see how Wolves goes!

  26. Sunderland remind me of our first season in premier with bielsa over performing in all departments then may struggle next season
hope not would like to see them do well

  29. So angry with what i saw last night, we were 2nd to everything, made mistakes over and over again, switched off constantly. We may be safe and that is all that matters in the big picture but so embarrassing. We were crap at Villa till they let us back in with mistakes. It’s unacceptable to just down tools, fans pay hard earned money to see that! It needs stamping on, we had to finish in decent form and attract the best players possible and if you lose a few at the end it can carry into next season ‘on the beach’ has never seemed so true.

Credit to Forest, too many good players to go down, smashed us and it looked easy.

Other things, heard rumours about our director of football too. Him and RLB are mates from Llorient days, if they leave it will be their choice i think. But Speakman and others have left so somethings going on. Diarra has been poor hoping he needs a pre-season and settles in not everyone can hit the ground running.

  30. As a sunderland fan, we just didn't turn up. Xakha looked knackered from the start. RLB got that totally wrong. Should have dropped Diarra after Villa match. Should have played Le Fee in middle with Talbi on the left. Alderetes passing was shocking. Should have played 442 from the start. 5-0, 5-0 is a disgrace and a kick in the bollocks after all the hard work we've put in so far. We did the same at the back end of last season. It's already been confirmed that RLB is staying.

  34. I think im the only SAFC fan who thinks Le Bris won't be our manager next season. Our fans seem to obsess over Le Bris saying all through the season his target was 40 points but KLD stood live on sky saying his target was top half finish. KLD's target is whats important at tje end of the day, he is ambitious and ruthless and won't be happy with a 14th or 15th place finish. Also why hasn't Vulcano Le Bris Assistant been replaced đŸ€”

  35. Front foot press. Gotta hand it to Forest. Great energy and determination. Sunderland awful but Forest were excellent. No excuses. Smashed up and Forest are safe now. Player of the match for me was Gibbs-White. Quality player.

  43. I did think forest would win, but not with that score, but they do have a brilliant squad, and actually stronger squad than West Ham's. Its what I expected, a relegation battle between West Ham and Spurs, with Spurs going down.

  44. Sunderland conceded the third least goals in the first half of the season behind Arsenal and City. In the second half of the season they have conceded the third most behind Wolves and Burnley. They've been found out and if it wasn't for that flukey win at Elland Road we'd be 3 points behind them with a better goal difference.

  45. Sunderland fan here. I'm not overreacting because Forest have some excellent players and they're too good to go down. I'm not worried about next season though, your concern is not warranted Connor. We have a young team that are almost all new to this league and will only improve, especially our forward players. We're brilliant in the transfer market and we will be stronger.
