  1. Center back issue massively concerned me. Remembering a game after the window shut where CB injured the replacement got injured on the pitch & got subbed.. then the sub got injured ..think it was Felipe, bolly & can't remember the 3rd.might have been mussa

  2. From an outside perspective Forest has had the worst recruitment in the league this year
Your biggest issue last year was goals and goal conversion and all you have to show for it is a 50mil bench player.

Mcatee is too small for prem, my grandma has got a better conversion rate than ndoye. Woods is old now and the brazilian is only good at holding the play up.
Your top goalscorer was a midfielder. If Spurs win this week, you will be where you belong at the bottom of the league.

  3. You don’t try to grab Armstrong for that price unless you’re happy with the squad you have for the current season, Wolfie

I tend to think Glasner feels he has what he needs. Hope he’s right!!

  4. It's a good window in my opinion. The signings plus who we have got should be enough for the next 16 games. We got rid of Taiwo and got Delap. Majority wanted Kalimuendo to be given a fair chance and he is here as part of the squad. Jesus and Wood, MGW, Ndoye. I'm definitely happy with that selection for up top. I quite like the idea of McAtee in one of those 2 CM positions. Schlager looked decent against LiVARpool and then we got Sangare and Dominguez. Diomande and Munoz added to the defence and wingbacks. Williams/netz and Munoz/Aina and a lot of flexibility there for them players to play on both flanks. Enough in that midfield for the next 16 games. Let's not forget the 2 that have gone on loan to Olympiacos. Portuguese, Gustavo Sa and Columbian, Puerta that are guaranteed to join us. Wolfie can let us know what is happening with Cubiano who could be another great fit for Glasner formation. Is he returning back to us after his loan ends? Those that have gone out on loan they either come back better for it or get sold and we still make a profit.
Could the window have been better.. Of course if we had got Henderson, Armstrong or whomever else we were strongly linked to. But those names were always a bonus to whom we had already got in. We have enough there to get us through it. Hypothetically speaking God forbid as Wolfie says about injuries I still think there is enough versatility there to see is through the end of this year. We not even in the league Cup anymore.. Ktf if the LiVARpool game is an example of what's to come. I for sure am looking forward to it because we gave them a run for their money.

  5. I'll take that, only Anderson gone, so kept the bulk of the squad. A couple of key signings in Munoz and Delap. I think Delaps strength, mobility and pace will be really effective and improve our attack greatly.
    Overall 7.5/10 You Redssss

  6. 6-7 for the transfer window 10 for offloading Marato don’t get me wrong I like him but he’s not premier League is he 8 for keeping key players hoping mcatte can step up and be the player we thought he can be COYREDS!!!!

  7. I believe the ‘Master Plan’ is going to take 2 years of Summer and Winter transfer windows and I reckon OG will know that too. With Forest he going to be allowed to build the best version of his team and not see them sold off profit – Mr M. is Ambitious and wants us back to much dizzier heights. Apart from MGW who may be tough to hold on to if he has ambitions to play for a Chelsea, Arsenal, City etc then I think rest will take care of itself. Maybe blind on my thinking but just got a feeling that in a couple of years time we maybe shooting much higher than finish at the bottom each year. Fingers crossed.

  8. We only lost one key member from our strongest players and essentially added at least 3 very strong players, maybe even 4 so essentially our starting lineup and bench much improved by a net 3. Maybe weaker on CB cover but we do Yates, Savona (when fit again) who can chip in as temp CB. At worst we have enough cover to revert to a back four if desperate. So no worries for me there either.

  9. Bakwa not sad to see go, don’t think his heart was in it here and already seem much happier in France, if he does well then that will hopefully free up more cash to invest and keep within SCR, Hutchinson 50/50 on it, again not entirely sure he was full in and that was mainly due to the chaos of last season, again more than happy for him to do well and encourage Milan to purchase him. Those two if sold could help us add more quality and personal more suited to OG style requirements. Kal staying could prove useful or fail badly time will tell.

  10. Im happy with window. You can only buy players if other club willing to sell (main reason why we couldnt get lots over line) and players want to come (no European football) and agents agree (wont pay over the odds). Im happy.- we strengthened with delap and diomande, we have sufficient cover at back imho and weve been sensible

  11. Although agree we needed a upgraded CDM and Goal keeper I reckon Forest have at least not been forced into silly money and I think come January and especially if it starts to show then we can target those positions again (camara maybe?). Some clubs will be running very tight on SCR but think we will be fine after getting so many player wages off the books so we will have leg room to strike whilst others will have loan/sell to make way so we can get in early. At least this way Mcatee is going to get full support over the next three months to develop and I am hopeful with OG help can be our Wharton, if that plays out happy days.

  12. In all the interviews that the manager has done, when asked about transfers, he said he only wanted players that improved the squad. I think in an ideal world him and the club would have liked more, only last weekend, we went for a keeper and midfielder that was rejected, that outlay would have been over 60 million in my guess, it isn’t that money wasn’t made available to bring the right player in but the clubs selling have to agree to the transfer. We still have to work within a financial structure re SCR. One final point is that Glasner is building a squad that players can play in multiple positions, I would imagine they will reassess in January, we did keep onto MGW, next summer might be different.

  13. 6 or 7 out of 10
We are 100% short of a keeper.
And perhaps we should have kept Bindon.

But we should be OK if we avoid injuries.. If Schlager had cost £40m you would be happier.. Coyrs maybe a couple short just hope we have the squad OG wanted
