6. The incident constituted a Public Order offence, S5 at least. As such the Met should have attended and arrested the offenders (cctv) . To my knowledge the Met took no action. Mr M could have pursued a criminal complaint. Target the offenders, not the club. Still, the route Mr M is taking will carry a far heavier penalty. Out of court settlement seems likely.
