14. I blame FIFA!! In 2001, they chaged the tranafer system to 2 tiddly windows per season from a 8-month block. On Saturday, both Wolfy anf I mentioned PVH; when he came back, we listed him and put him in the shop window by playing. 15. Milenkovic lost a step during injury and seems to not be the backline leader he was. I think the other issue is that MGW has got used to being able to roam between midfield and attack, having N’doye is limiting him to half a field. All the talk about dropping delap though misses what (albeit little) he can do, he’s more of a heskey than a drogba, he needs someone to play off him. I genuinely believe that if N’doye was dropped for Kalimuendo we’d see more attacking quality, where MGW can free-roam between the lines and delap can open space up for Kali and probably both get goals

18. Can we do a tactical review? There are significant weaknesses in this. Glasner was talking about long balls from opposite keeper, that’s because wing backs have pushed up, the back three can’t spread as they have to cover a midfield 2 so short there as well. And then a two get over ran as always a man short, and then with no proper 2nd ten there is a mess. Plus we have a striker who wants to run channels rather than be a box man. The setup is a mess, you’re relying on individual talent to create moments rather than tactical nous to score.i thought we looked shot against Brentford.
