I think the hijacking thing is a huge problem tbh. It’s a cool feature but I just had a transfer window where I lost around 6 players back to back to hijacking, happens way too often.

Do you all have the glitch when a player for example has his role position in that particular part of the pitch doesnt matter little cross 1 or 2 and in the middle of the game that player loses that when i want to move some players
Totally agree with what you’ve said in this video about transfer requests etc as I’m doing a RTG career the couple of players that moan constantly have been row rated so I just release them. The sub bench is annoying after you organise it then it switches back. One thing EA also hasn’t put in the game is vice-captains surely that’s an obvious one that should be in the game. I have also lost out to a few players now where other teams have signed them at the last minute, it’s realistic but it happens to often. The other thing that is annoying the amount of players that have no interest in signing for your club even if they are in the same league and your team is top 5 in the league those that are interested usually are very low potential why would you sign them if your doing a RTG save. Unless you’re in the top leagues it’s hard to find players that want to join with decent potential.
Is this the issue of people who have never played soccer in real life or watched soccer making a soccer game. Not knowing how to create an actual soccer game EA pumps this garbage out every year and still can't perfect a game.
Miss how career mode was in fifa 14
Lets be honest, since they went from FIFA to FC they have almost completely ruined career mode. The UI gets worse every year, players stagnate overall constantly, in game bugs etc.

Cool feature would transfer wars and your assistance can suggest you that.We are shown how much other teams of offering which is not realistic, and cause confusion about even if my bid is higher why transfer fell through.
Also, When i am trying to sign from a rival, I get a message 'I cant sign from a rival team' But i cant de line with same message so that those team dont come back for my players
Lastly, the contract negotions. There should be a way i can request a negotioan with a player. I had 4 players with < 1 year contract and they simply declined my approach every time.
Player can decline based on there happiness or willingness to to do so. Currently Only i can renew a contract if player is willing to do it. Also, they can renegotiate a role / wages in this process. Negotioans might not complete in 2-3 days but can take months as in real life.

Playing with Wolves, nearly 10 players have demanded transfers. They can barely play two games in a row without being in 30% stamina. Even a 19yo requested a transfer when he has played almost every game. 1st place in the Prem. Its just unrealistic.
“Let’s say your player is just returning from injury” thing is, my Bruno Fernandes who’s currently injured for 8 weeks is unhappy he isn’t playing, each match the commentators and games push the narrative that I left out a crucial player by choice, and now he’s submitted a transfer request and I’ve had this on multiple saves with multiple different players.. Again, HE’S INJURED 😂🤦🏾♂️

I had it where I tried to buy a player from Roma and agreed a few of £78 million, then Leipzig come in and offer £76.8 million, Roma then proceeded to ask for £135 million which I denied and later the player was sold to Leipzig for the £76.8 million. What a joke
I will not buy it till march. Every time I bought it earlier I just payed to be a beta game tester. Hate this company.
They need to remove the players asking to be sold out of the game entirely. we are supposed to be the manager of the team, not broken code. They need to add sliders to turn off the bs like moral, player expectations, transfer hyjacks as all these things add friction. Fifa is supposed to be fun. Instead, players are effectively nothing more than a caretaker for multiple stacked broken systems.
