  5. Heel –
    The back of the cleats remain for the heel support.

    It is the knob on the bottom of which provides traction on the field.

Care for Cleats-

Soccer cleats are the integral parts while playing a match of soccer, so the player must make sure that they take good care of them. After all, the best maintained ones will end up being the reason for the best performance on the field.

  1. Before or during practices –
    A player can expect them to be muddy while playing that can hinder his performance. Therefore, it is best to include items like a putty knife, towels or a toothbrush to keep them clean.
  2. After practice –
    Use the toothbrush and putty knife to remove as much mud and build up grime from the bottom. Once the mud is out, clap them together to remove any leftover dust or debris.
